I am excited that you want to join me for a FREE Introductory Session!
This free session will introduce you to the 10 week series "Somatic Skills for Parts Work" which starts late January (more info on this series: HERE).
- Please read the information below and submit your registration.
- I will get back to you within 2 days with a Zoom link and what to bring.
About the Intro:
We will begin with grounding into the body, taking our time to slow down and settle in, and then we will introduce ourselves and say "hello". Next we engage with our parts, the voices that live within that speak to us in thoughts, emotions and sensations. We turn towards them with curiosity and compassion, from Self, that adult aspect of us that sees the big picture and holds our values, and get to deepen our connection to our parts through writing, drawing and movement. A sweetly connecting moment comes next where we have an opportunity to share these discoveries, and hold a space of nonjudgemental listening and witnessing for each other. This can feel a bit vulnerable at first, but is generally very freeing and helps to bring insights and self-acceptance. We end with a gratitude practice, and time for questions.
Days & Times: (choose one)
1) Saturday, January 21st, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (New York)
