Welcome! My name is Mandy Snyder.
I am a somatic healer, group facilitator and presence explorer with training in Somatic Experiencing and study in Internal Family Systems, also called Parts Work. If you are seeking to cultivate embodied presence and want to feel more joy, self-compassion and personal empowerment, I invite you to dive in.
Using somatic practices, such as sensing and breath awareness, I help you to come home to your body. You feel deeply supported, resting in the calm in the storm. From here, you can listen to the voices within and attend to them with compassion. Stored emotions are released and trauma transforms into resilience and ease. While the healing journey requires courage as you meet challenges, my aim is to bring as much gentleness and acceptance as possible and even some fun and play as you heal!
Because my work was born out of a journey of significant health challenges and emotional upheaval, I have lived experience that these practices work. They radically improved the quality of my life and I am excited to share them with you. My aim is to nourish, soothe and inspire.
If you feel drawn to my work, I invite you for a free 20 minute chat.
I am so glad you found me and hope that I can be of service.
