Nurture Touch

In this unique work for the body and soul, I offer you nourishing touch combined with my listening ear and attuned presence. Done with clothes on, I bring you kneading and brushing strokes, gentle rocking and assisted movements. I also make time for pausing and being with your body from a place of deep stillness. During the session, I invite you to share what you are experiencing, if you'd like, though you are always welcome to receive in silence. The session begins and ends with the beauty of healing sound.
