Come join me for a rich experience of self-discovery and heartful relating with others. Drawing from Parts Work (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, movement, mindfulness and more, these offerings are places to attend to your inner world with curiosity and care. Slow down and sink into the wisdom of your body, and have time for exploration and play. Practices include movement, sensing, writing, drawing, sharing and energy healing.
Some offerings go more deeply into the foundational skills of Parts Work: These are great opportunities to root into the calm and mature aspect of our being called "Self," and bring healing to the parts of us that are holding challenging emotions.
I invite you to...
• Be seen and heard.
• Develop greater self-compassion.
• Feel empowered when difficult feelings knock at your door.
• Explore the joys of co-regulation and playful connection.
• Get out of your head and into your body.
• Gain insights.
My expectations for participants:
To create a supportive group space, I ask that participants...
- Listen to others without interrupting & speak with respect.
- Refrain from giving advice, unless asked.
- Communicate your needs and make requests.
- Have basic self-awareness and a skill or two for self-regulation if a big emotion emerges.
- Understand that these workshops are not a substitute for mental health counseling, and if you are in a crisis, please seek professional support.
