​Dance Connect: a free Sunday dance event

A FREE online class called Dance Connect.  2nd & 4th Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. EST.  We set a sacred space, share our intentions and then groove to a 45-minute playlist of eclectic music. I invite you to connect deeply with yourself and each other. Fill yourself up. Stretch your edges. This a supportive place to explore your light and shadow. At the end of class, we will have time to share from the heart. It is my hope that you leave feeling nourished, soothed and inspired.

* Please come on time and plan to stay until the end. "Doors" will close at 9:05.
