Trauma Resolution • Emotional Healing • Self-Discovery
Welcome! My name is Mandy Snyder. I am a healing artist, teacher and expressive movement facilitator.
I am passionate about helping you to feel more grounded and free.
In my work as a healing artist, my approach is unique and integrative. I weave deep listening--so that you feel seen and heard-- with somatic tools, including breath, movement and touch. I guide you towards the center of yourself, where clarity emerges. This work is co-creative and may incorporate expressive arts, energy work, sound healing, or dream analysis. My aim is to nourish, soothe and inspire.
As we work together, you learn how to cultivate embodied presence. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, a science-based healing modality to help you to resolve trauma and release stored emotions. We do this together in a way that is gentle and self-loving. I also include elements of Internal Family Systems, also known as parts work. My goal is to empower you with tools for emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation that you can use throughout your life.
Because my work was born out of a journey of significant health challenges and emotional upheaval, I have lived experience that these practices work. They radically improved the quality of my life and I am excited to share them with you.
I also offer classes and workshops combining expressive movement, somatics and play. These are supportive places for people to be deeply seen, to push their growth edges and to have fun.
Embodied Healing Sessions, featuring Somatic Experiencing, when you are stuck, overwhelmed or seeking personal growth. These are one-on-one sessions for trauma resolution, emotional healing and self-discovery.
Classes & Workshops, when you long for community, learning and transformation. These feature expressive movement experiences, as well as classes on grief, compassion and play.
My work often speaks to people who are creative and sensitive, those wanting more soul connection and depth in their lives and/or people who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, including anxiety, grief and depression.
If you feel curious about my work, I invite you for a free 20-minute conversation to see if I my work is a fit for you.
I am so glad you found me and hope that I can be of service.
